In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is important because they are used consistently throughout this document and shape the interpretation of your rights and obligations as a user of 7555et.

Where these Terms & Conditions refer to a specific product or feature of 7555et (for example, "Cricket Betting" or "Slot Games"), that reference includes all variants, sub-products, and related promotional content associated with that product unless stated otherwise. Headings in this document are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration Process

Identity Verification (KYC)

7555et operates a mandatory KYC process for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the platform:

• A government-issued photo identity document such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of residential address such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number.

7555et reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account pending completion of KYC verification, and to withhold withdrawal requests until all required documents have been reviewed and approved. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account closure in accordance with these terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 7555et login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. 7555et strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings. Any activity that occurs using your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected unauthorised access to our support team promptly upon becoming aware of it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7555et does not accept payments in foreign currencies; all amounts are converted at the rate prevailing at the time of transaction if a foreign-currency card is used.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on 7555et is ৳500 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above ৳50,000 in a single transaction may require additional KYC verification before funds are credited. Players who have set voluntary responsible gaming deposit limits will be unable to deposit beyond those self-imposed thresholds until the limits are modified in accordance with our responsible gaming policy.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of the offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus winnings. In all cases where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms will prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 7555et are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated at the time any bonus is offered. Bets placed on certain games or game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion — for example, live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Bonus Abuse

7555et operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using automated software to exploit bonus mechanics, placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and any other conduct designed to manipulate promotional mechanics. If bonus abuse is detected, 7555et reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Changes and Withdrawal of Offers

7555et reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and met qualifying criteria, 7555et will honour the bonus for that player on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 7555et is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. For sports betting, bets are governed by the rules of the relevant event and the odds and markets displayed at the time of placement. For casino games, the rules of each individual game apply as set by the game provider. In all cases, the following general rules apply across the platform:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by 7555et, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player unless the relevant market is specifically offered with a cash-out facility and the cash-out function is available at the relevant time.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet acceptance are the odds that apply to the settled outcome.
• 7555et reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, subject to clear evidence that the odds represented a manifest error rather than a deliberate or valid market price.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round, 7555et will use available system logs and game provider data to determine the fair resolution of the affected round. Incomplete rounds will be voided and stakes returned where resolution cannot be determined.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or game round are subject to limits set by 7555et and its game providers. These limits vary by product and will be made available on request.
• 7555et reserves the right to limit the stake size, market access, or maximum payout available to any individual player at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For Bangladesh Tigers matches, BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant franchise league organiser). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or reduced by weather or other circumstances, settlement rules follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Match odds markets are voided if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed, in line with our cricket betting rules published separately on the Cricket section of the platform.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of 7555et, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7555et:

• Registering more than one account per individual, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 7555et.
• Allowing any third party to use your account or acting on behalf of any third party in placing bets or making transactions.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider betting in connection with events available for betting on 7555et.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of the 7555et platform or its software.
• Using the platform in a manner that could cause harm, disruption, or reputational damage to 7555et or other users.
• Attempting to launder money or use 7555et in furtherance of any financial crime or fraudulent scheme.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under local law, and presenting yourself as being in an eligible location through the use of a VPN or similar technology.

Any breach of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, investigation, termination, and forfeiture of funds where fraud or abuse is established. 7555et reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the user.

Account Suspension & Closure

7555et reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login or transactional activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 7555et account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for twelve (12) consecutive months. 7555et will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the registered email address before applying any dormancy fees. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after the twelve-month threshold is reached. If the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in, completing any required KYC refresh, and contacting support if needed.

Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 7555et reserves the right to withhold or void any balance in the account, including real-money funds, where those funds are directly linked to the breach — for example, where they represent winnings derived from fraudulent play, bonus abuse, or matched betting abuse. In all other cases, legitimate real-money deposits that are not linked to any breach will be returned to the player after deduction of any applicable costs of investigation.
